I didn’t have payment the day of pictures but I believe you took my son or daughter’s photo?
If you received a 3×5 image back with your order that looks like a photo of an order form with the letters “np” scribed on it, then we likely did take the photo and have it on file. If you would like to order the photo you’ll need to fill out the Customer Contact Form and add the following information to the “message” area: League Name, Coaches Name, and the DSC# found on the back side of the photo you received. If you do not have any of this info or would rather speak to us directly, call between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm weekdays.
I received a note with my order saying there was a problem processing my order.
This is usually because the credit card number was not copied onto the order form accurately or the credit card was declined. If you receive this note, we must finalize the order you placed over the phone. Please have your league name, coach’s name and the credit card you originally paid with handy, when calling between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm weekdays. 303-955-0375
We missed our scheduled picture time.
Call our office and we’ll do our best to reschedule. We are city-wide and it’s typically easy to find a mutually agreeable location to meet for makeups, even if it’s not your league we are shooting that day.
I received “part” of my order but it appears incomplete.
Have your original order form handy with a description of exactly what you are missing. Call our office between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm weekdays for assistance. If you get the answering machine please leave your phone number/s with a best time to reach you, league name and problem. If possible, have the DSC # that’s printed on the back of your picture handy. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
I received my order but some items are broken or defective.
Simply send back the items that are defective i.e., misspelled Trading Cards, scratched photos or frames, etc. to the following address: 5503 S. Prince St. Littleton, CO 80120. We will replace the items at no cost to you with a surprise gift if it’s our bad! Don’t forget to include a return address and name.
I want a retake.
We guarantee every photo 100%, no questions asked. Call our office directly and make arrangements for a retake. It is best to call between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm weekdays.
I want a refund.
Return the items you ordered with the original order form. We will send you a refund plus your postage back to you within 21 days.
